With a maximum single-chip heat dissipation capacity of 2500W, it can meet the high heat density cooling demands of general computing, high-performance computing and GW-level intelligent computing centers. Meanwhile, it supports flexible switching of air-liquid hybrid cooling to adapt to load fluctuations and complex environments.
It supports liquid inlet at a high temperature of 45℃-50℃, making full use of natural cold sources. Its PUE can be as low as 1.1 and even approach 1.0 in some solutions, significantly reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions. Through vacuum leak-proof design and precise leak detection and positioning, a multi-level safety system is built. The temperature of core components is reduced by 10-20℃, and the failure rate drops remarkably, ensuring the long-term stable operation of infrastructure.
It supports 3D remote monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance. The factory prefabrication and on-site assembly mode greatly shortens the data center construction cycle. Combined with air conditioning-free design, it cuts down initial investment and achieves significant optimization of the full-life-cycle TCO.
